Judo Adult Class
Our adult Judo class is for men and women who are interested in practicing the time honored martial art of Judo. Our Sensei's will work with you to meet your individual goals whether they be to get in shape, learn the mental aspects of the sport or go to the Olympics. This class is designed to get you where you want to be.

Judo Youth Class
Our youth Judo program is designed for kids 5-14 years old. Our world class instructors strive to teach respect, discipline, confidence and conditioning both on and off the mat. Our Sensei's also believe in the importance of goal setting and hard work. We have designed specialized programs to meet the needs of all of our students.

Women's Fitness
If you want to loose weight and get in shape this class if for you! Our Fitness class is designed to give you a cardiovascular workout that will help you lose weight, tone muscle and reduce stress. In this class you will use resistance bands, medicine balls, hand weights and balance balls to get in shape. The instructor will work with you personally to create a program to meet your needs. Wrestling Program
Led by Tony Okada the OCK wrestling program is designed for both the beginning and advanced wrestler. It is ideal for students from 5-17 years old who want to improve their technique and put themself ahead of their competition.

Kata Program
The Orange County Kodokan is home to the Southern California Judo Kata program. Sensei Kenji Osugi and OCK sensei Brian Marks, two highly respected instructors, working together built a kata program that is esteemed throughout the nation. On the first and third Saturday of each month, Osugi and Marks teach kata classes to judo students throughout the Southern California region who come to learn and enjoy the benefits of training in kata. Senseis Osugi and Marks possess the experience and dedication essential for assisting their students in reaching their goals in the study of kata, and stress the benefits for competitors and non-competitors alike. Kata proficiency is mandatory for judokas wishing to attain a black belt in judo, and competitions are held in tournaments ranging from local to worldwide events. Through the study of kata, judoka of all ages and aptitude can develop the skills and techniques necessary to experience the sport of judo to its fullest. With the Orange County Kodokan as the home for the Southern California Judo Kata Program, our students are provided with a convenient means of pursuing the study of judo outside of the regular class schedule. Our world-class facility offers other Southern California judokas a home away from home where they can study judo, and offers them an opportunity to develop lasting friendships with students from Southern California dojos.
